Housekept ("the App") is developed by Canyon Sky Rain LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Utah limited liability company. Housekept is a home-management app: a seasonal upkeep schedule, an appliance and vehicle registry, a paint card, and the House Story ledger of everything you've done to care for your home. It does not ask who you are: there are no accounts, and everything you enter stays on your device. This policy explains what the App stores and the choices you have.
Housekept has no accounts and no server. Every appliance, upkeep task, paint color, vehicle, and House Story entry you add is stored only on your device, using Apple's on-device SwiftData framework. The App makes no network requests of any kind. It shows no ads and includes no analytics or tracking software.
All of this lives in the App's own local database on your device. None of it is transmitted anywhere, backed up to any server we operate, or visible to us in any form.
There is no sign-up, no login, and no account of any kind. Housekept does not talk to any server, ours or anyone else's. The App works the same with your device in airplane mode as it does with a full signal.
The current version of Housekept does not send push or local notifications. If a future version adds reminders for due upkeep tasks, this policy will be updated first, and any notification would only ever be about your own home, never marketing or third-party messages.
Housekept does not request or use your location, camera, photo library, contacts, or health data. The App does not ask for any of these permissions, because it doesn't need them to do anything it does.
Housekept offers one optional in-app purchase, Housekept Pro, a one-time, family-shareable purchase that removes the free tier's limits on appliances, tasks, paint colors, and vehicles. The House Story itself is never limited by the free tier. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit; we never see or store your payment details. The App only checks, on your device, whether Apple's own on-device record shows the purchase, so it can unlock the paid features.
Nothing. Housekept contains no analytics package, no crash-reporting SDK, no advertising, and no third-party tracking of any kind. We don't operate a server for this app, so there is nothing for us to receive. If you email us for support, we receive only what you choose to send us, and we use it only to help you.
Housekept is a general-audience home-management tool, not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, because the App does not collect personal information from anyone at all.
Because everything Housekept stores lives only on your device, you are always in control of it. Deleting an appliance, task, paint color, vehicle, or story entry inside the App removes it immediately. Deleting the App removes everything it stored. We hold no copies anywhere, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our side.
We may update this policy as the App changes. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date above.
