SendDone does not collect your data. There are no accounts, no servers, and no analytics. Everything you type into the app, your business details, your clients, your invoices, stays on your device, in the app's own local storage. The only time anything ever leaves the app is when you personally choose to share an invoice PDF, and only to whomever you choose to share it with.
SendDone stores your business details, your clients, your invoices, and each invoice's line items entirely on your device, using Apple's on-device data framework. This includes client names and email addresses that you type in yourself; that information is held only on your device and is never sent anywhere by the app. Nothing in this list is uploaded, synced to a server, or shared with us. We do not have a copy of it, and we cannot see it.
When you generate an invoice, SendDone renders the PDF on your device. That PDF stays on your device until you decide to share it. When you do share it, using the standard share sheet built into your phone, it goes only to whomever or wherever you choose, such as an email, a messaging app, or a file save. SendDone does not send, upload, or transmit that PDF on its own, and it does not add any hidden data to the file beyond what your device's own PDF tools include by default.
SendDone has no user accounts, no sign-in, and no backend server of any kind. There is nothing to log into and nothing for us to host. The app works the same whether or not you have an internet connection, because it never needs one.
SendDone does not send push notifications or local reminders, and it does not request notification permission.
SendDone does not access your location, camera, contacts, photo library, or health data, and it never requests permission to. Clients are added by typing their information directly into the app; the app never reads your device's Contacts app or any other personal data source.
SendDone offers one optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited invoices and clients. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details, and Apple's own privacy practices govern that transaction, not this app.
Nothing. We do not operate any server that SendDone talks to, so there is no data pipeline into Canyon Sky Rain LLC at all. We do not receive your business information, your client list, your invoices, or any usage statistics about how you use the app.
SendDone is a billing tool built for freelancers and small businesses and is not directed at children. Because the app collects no data at all, from anyone, of any age, there is no personal information gathered from children to describe or protect.
All of your data lives only on your device, for as long as you keep the app installed. To delete everything, delete the app; its on-device storage is removed with it. Because nothing is stored anywhere else, there is nothing further to request or delete from us.
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. We recommend checking back here occasionally if you want to stay current.
